Agreement to these Terms
By creating an account, using the platform, or authorizing someone to use it for your school, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use the service for a company, driving school, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Software for Driving School provides software tools. We are not a DMV, DOT, licensing agency, payment processor, insurance provider, law firm, or compliance authority.
Your school account
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting login credentials, managing staff access, and promptly removing access for people who should no longer use your school workspace.
You are responsible for the information your school enters, uploads, publishes, sends, stores, or collects through the service, including school website content, enrollment questions, waiver text, package descriptions, lesson notes, student records, guardian records, uploaded documents, and support messages.
Permitted use
You may use the service to operate a legitimate driving school or driver education business, including website publishing, lead collection, enrollment, scheduling, document collection, signed form organization, student and guardian record management, reminders, support, and payment-related workflows.
You may not use the service for unlawful activity, deceptive marketing, unauthorized payment collection, spam, malware, harassment, credential sharing, scraping, reverse engineering, or collecting information that your school is not allowed or prepared to protect.
School compliance responsibilities
Driving school rules vary by state, locality, licensing agency, program type, student age, and service offered. Your school is responsible for deciding what forms, consents, disclosures, permits, waivers, lesson records, record-retention practices, refund terms, and student communications are legally appropriate for your operation.
We provide workflow, permissions, hosting, forms, storage structure, and operational tools. Your school controls its content and compliance decisions.
Subscriptions and payment services
Subscription billing for Software for Driving School is separate from any student or parent payments a school may collect through connected payment tools.
Stripe may process subscription payments, checkout sessions, Connect onboarding, connected account payments, refunds, disputes, payouts, and payment method information. Stripe services are subject to Stripe's own terms, policies, account review, risk controls, and availability.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available and useful, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that every feature will remain unchanged.
We may update features, templates, workflows, pricing, limits, security controls, and policies as the product evolves or as required for operational, legal, payment, or security reasons.
Limitations
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Software for Driving School is provided without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, legal compliance, or non-infringement.
We are not responsible for your school's legal wording, state filings, license status, instructor qualifications, DMV/DOT submissions, insurance requirements, refund decisions, chargeback outcomes, or disputes between your school and students, parents, guardians, staff, contractors, or agencies.
