Lawful and authorized use
Use the service only for legitimate driving-school, driver-education, and related business operations. You must have authority to collect, upload, publish, send, or process every item of content and personal information placed in the service.
Do not use the platform to violate licensing, consumer-protection, privacy, accessibility, intellectual-property, payment, anti-spam, employment, safety, or other applicable requirements.
Prohibited content and conduct
Do not publish or submit unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, infringing, threatening, exploitative, discriminatory, defamatory, obscene, malicious, or intentionally misleading content. Do not impersonate a person or agency, claim nonexistent DMV or government approval, fabricate reviews, or misrepresent qualifications, prices, availability, or outcomes.
Do not send bulk unsolicited messages; advertise SEO, website development, software, financial, or unrelated services through tenant forms; distribute malware; probe or bypass security; scrape private information; overload the service; share credentials; reverse engineer; or access another tenant's data.
Personal information and minors
Collect only information reasonably needed and authorized for school operations. Do not request Social Security numbers, full payment-card numbers, medical details, government identification, biometric information, or similarly sensitive information unless necessity, authority, safeguards, and retention have been specifically reviewed.
Do not instruct children under 13 to submit personal information directly without a legally appropriate notice and consent process. Parent and guardian records, permissions, access, and deletion requests must be handled according to applicable requirements.
Payments and communications
Do not use payment features for prohibited or misrepresented services, transaction laundering, evading provider rules, unauthorized charges, or misleading refund practices. Schools must provide accurate charge descriptions and respond to customers and disputes.
Communications must identify the school appropriately, honor applicable preferences, avoid deceptive subject lines, and be limited to authorized operational or marketing purposes.
Enforcement and reporting
We may filter or reject submissions, remove content, restrict integrations, suspend public pages or payment features, preserve evidence, or suspend or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary. We consider severity, risk, history, and the possibility of cure where appropriate.
