Prohibited activity
You may not use the service for illegal activity, fraudulent enrollment, unauthorized payment collection, impersonation, deceptive advertising, harassment, hate, threats, malware, phishing, spam, credential theft, scraping, or interference with the service.
You may not upload unlawful, infringing, malicious, exploitative, or intentionally misleading content.
Student and guardian data
You may not collect student, parent, guardian, permit, identification, document, or payment information unless your school has a legitimate operational reason and appropriate authority or consent.
Do not request Social Security numbers, medical information, government IDs, or other highly sensitive information unless your school has confirmed it is necessary, lawful, and protected by appropriate safeguards.
Enforcement
We may suspend or restrict access, remove content, disable public pages, pause payment features, or terminate accounts when we believe use of the service creates legal, security, payment, reputational, or operational risk.
