Support does not provide legal advice, state compliance determinations, DMV/DOT filings, tax advice, insurance advice, legal form drafting, or representation in disputes with students, parents, guardians, staff, agencies, banks, or payment processors.
Submitting requests
Schools should include the affected page, user, student record, browser, steps to reproduce, screenshots when useful, and the urgency of the request.
We prioritize security, access, billing, payment, data-integrity, and production-impacting issues before general setup or content questions.
Response times
We aim to respond promptly, but response and resolution times are not promised unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
