Support scope
Support covers account access, dashboard workflows, template and content setup, billing, platform errors, data-integrity concerns, email delivery, payment configuration, Stripe Connect onboarding, and reasonable guidance on using implemented features.
Support does not provide legal, tax, licensing, insurance, accessibility, DMV/DOT, employment, financial, or safety advice and does not represent a school in disputes with students, agencies, banks, providers, or staff.
Submitting an effective request
Provide the affected URL or record, the user role, time of the issue, steps to reproduce, expected and actual result, browser or device, and a screenshot when useful. Do not send passwords, full card numbers, or unnecessary student documents by email.
We prioritize confirmed security and tenant-isolation issues, inaccessible production accounts, billing and payment integrity, data loss or corruption, widespread outages, and blocked critical workflows before general setup or content requests.
Response and resolution
We aim to acknowledge and address requests promptly, but no specific response or resolution time applies unless a separate written service agreement states one. Resolution may depend on reproduction, customer response, provider review, maintenance, or a safe code release.
Support may use temporary workarounds, request verification, limit access during investigation, or coordinate with Stripe, Postmark, hosting, security, or other providers where the issue falls partly within their systems.
Security reporting
Report suspected unauthorized access, data exposure, payment misuse, or security vulnerabilities immediately to support@softwarefordrivingschool.com with enough detail to investigate. Avoid including private records beyond what is necessary and do not publicly disclose a vulnerability before coordinated review.
