Subscription billing
Software for Driving School subscription fees are billed according to the plan selected at signup or in the billing area. Plan limits, pricing, trial periods, and included features may vary by plan and may change for future billing periods with notice when required.
You authorize us and our payment processor to charge the payment method on file for subscription fees, applicable taxes, upgrades, renewals, and other approved charges.
Trials
If a free trial is offered, the subscription may begin billing at the end of the trial unless canceled before the trial ends. Trial eligibility may be limited to new accounts or specific plans.
Student payments
Student and parent payments are separate from subscription billing. If Stripe Connect or another student-payment workflow is enabled, the school is responsible for its own pricing, refunds, charge descriptions, disclosures, receipts, taxes, disputes, and compliance with payment-network and state rules.
Payment processing may be subject to Stripe account approval, connected-account onboarding, risk review, reserves, holds, disputes, chargebacks, and payout timing controlled by Stripe.
Failed payments and taxes
If payment fails, access may be limited, suspended, or canceled. You are responsible for applicable taxes, fees, and charges connected to your subscription or your school's payment activity unless otherwise stated.
