Canceling a subscription
A school may cancel its Software for Driving School subscription through the billing tools provided in the dashboard or by contacting support when dashboard cancellation is not available.
Cancellation affects the software subscription. It does not automatically cancel a school's obligations to students, parents, guardians, instructors, payment processors, state agencies, or other third parties.
Access after cancellation
After cancellation, access to paid features may continue until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated. Public pages, forms, enrollment workflows, payments, reminders, and staff access may be disabled after the subscription ends.
Schools should export needed records before cancellation or before losing dashboard access.
Refunds
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law or expressly agreed in writing. If a refund is approved, it may be processed through the original payment method.
Refunds for student or parent payments are controlled by the school and the applicable payment processor, not by Software for Driving School subscription billing.
