    Waiting under Nameservers means the registrar delegation is not publicly visible yet.

    Prepared under Website DNS means the authoritative zone and platform address are ready.

  3. 3

    Issuing under Secure HTTPS means cPanel is validating the domain and creating its certificate.

  4. 4

    Active means nameservers, website routing, tenant isolation, and HTTPS have all passed their required checks.

  5. 5

    Only after Active should the owner make the custom domain primary and test public pages.

Expected result
